VW Scirocco - Single make series

1976 VW Junior Cup

This championship was for identical VW Scirocco's, tuning of the cars was not allowed and all drivers had to be under the age of 30. Each competitor had only three sets of Pirelli P7 tyres for the entire season. Professional guest drivers, celebrities and journalists raced in specific rounds and started at the back of the grid. Keke competed as the professional guest driver for the Sylt round.

Hill Climb (Mountain Race)

1976 ADAC Sauerland Mountain Prize

The ADAC Sauerland Mountain Prize was the largest racing event in North Rhine-Westphalia and an important race in the Germany mountain race calendar. A total of 199 cars started on both days and Keke beat the old course record by over 6 seconds in the F2 car he used for the 1976 season. The term 'mountain race' appears to be a regional description for hillclimb events.
